If you encounter these problems during use, here are solutions:
1. The soap dispense light on but cannot be used normally and solutions:
for the soap dispenser: clean the soap dispenser, add water and use it for a period of time, it may be that the soap is solidified and clogging the infusion tube, restart it several times.
for the foaming dispenser: foaming dispenser needs to use special foaming hand sanitizer, if it is ordinary hand sanitizer, you need to add 1:1 or 1:2 water, shake well.
2. Soap leaks from the battery box and solutions:
Dry the soap dispenser, do not add too much to 2/3 of the place where hand sanitizer is refilled, and avoid places with a lot of water when using it.
3. Excessive distribution of hand sanitizer and solutions:
The amount of hand sanitizer distributed each time cannot be adjusted, nor can it be accurately fixed at 1ml. If such problems occur, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
4.Due to long-distance transportation, the box may be damaged, but it will not affect normal use
5. If your product is damaged due to transportation problems, please contact us and give you a 100% refund or resend.
